Everything comes together.
An overview to make decisions.
A full record to understand the details and trace their sources.
During setup, Clear connects information available in your tools to reconstruct your ongoing projects. You review the proposed projects.
Clear then updates your projects and summarises what matters in up to five points. Actions, decisions and deadlines stay distinct; the full record retains facts, key discussions and their sources.
Choose which updates are allowed. Proposals awaiting review stay separate from confirmed decisions, with their context and sources.
FROM SIGNAL TO DECISION

Three ways to pay: included AI, your own model API key, or the tool alone, without AI. Unlimited projects and sources on every plan.

Clear gathers and organises information from your tools with included AI.
TRANSPARENCY BY DESIGN
A tool that reads your work information should explain what it does with it. Here is the data journey, the role of AI and the controls available to you.
Each person connects their tools using their own permissions. Connectors read authorised spaces without changing projects, tickets, comments, messages or events at your providers.
Slack · Linear · Jira · Microsoft 365 · Google Calendar · GitHub · Notion
Clear combines AI with automated checks to connect information to projects and check its support in the sources. Ambiguous items remain open for review.
The provider depends on your chosen AI mode.
Read the essentials in up to five points. The full note keeps retained facts, milestones, key exchanges and their sources. It is not a full copy of your conversations.
Project pages · Milestones · Blockers · Decisions
AI IS A CHOICE.
Claude and Mistral are models. Amazon Bedrock and your provider’s direct API describe the route your data takes. This distinction matters.
PROCESSING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Clear provides models through Amazon Bedrock. Your excerpts are processed using European profiles: a request may travel across several EU regions, without using the model publisher’s direct API.
Changing models does not change this European route.YOUR PROVIDER, YOUR CONTRACT
Connect your Anthropic or Mistral API key. Excerpts go directly to that provider under your organisation’s contract. Its locations, privacy settings and retention periods apply.
This mode does not use Clear’s AWS account. The EU Bedrock guarantee does not apply to it.NOTHING SENT TO A MODEL
Enter projects, milestones and decisions yourself. Agents send no content to a language model. You keep project pages, the calendar and your work organisation.
You choose which information to add and which updates to make.CLAUDE, TESTED AGAINST THE FACTS.
Internal tests on 1 October 2026, using synthetic data and real Claude calls through Bedrock.
Project grouping and faithfulness to sources: three focused checks of Clear working with Claude.
Results on small test sets. They do not measure overall tracking reliability or the model in isolation.
Project grouping: the same 12 cases were replayed during the corrections. All 12 expected outcomes were obtained in the final iteration. This set was used to improve the system; it is not an independent test on new projects.
Faithfulness to sources: the initial verifier check accepted all 12 faithful claims and rejected all 12 deliberately altered claims. These results measure neither retention of every detail nor an overall error-free rate.
Tests use Claude through European Bedrock profiles with synthetic sources. After correction, one project scenario was replayed end to end; the entire workflow was not retested across every project. These figures cannot be extrapolated to other models or configurations.
Clear retains the context of proposals so you can check and correct them. Success on these test cases does not guarantee error-free interpretation of your projects.
Clear does not train models on your data. At the provider level, training use and temporary retention are separate matters. Not training a model does not necessarily mean “no retention”.
Service terms and processing mode matter. Your own API keys follow your organisation’s contract, including its settings and any retention options. Consult the relevant provider documentation:
DATA SECURITY
Each person authorises their own access. Connection tokens are encrypted in Clear, and connections can be removed in settings. Available connectors operate in read-only mode.
Organisation data is separated by rules enforced in PostgreSQL. Within a workspace, confidential projects are restricted to their owner and authorised members.
Each processing step receives the information needed for its role. Access to sources and projects remains controlled; the assistant uses structured project tracking.
Updates follow your settings and Clear’s checks. Sensitive or uncertain changes need review, as do proposed tasks before they enter the task list.
Model calls are logged and usage is limited per organisation. Proposals retain their rationale and source so you can understand changes and correct interpretations.
Export your data and delete your account in settings. The owner can delete the workspace. Retention and deletion arrangements are described in our privacy policy.

European profiles

PROTECT CONNECTIONS
Connector tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. They are never sent back to the interface.
DEFINE ACCESS
Isolation is enforced in PostgreSQL through RLSpolicies. Confidential projects add member-level access controls.
KEEP A RECORD
Proposals keep their rationale and source. An AI call log tracks processing and usage.
With an Anthropic or Mistral key, excerpts go directly to your provider. Their location and retention depend on your contract. The EU Bedrock guarantee applies to included AI.
Vercel API configured in fra1, Frankfurt. Supabase PostgreSQL database in a European region according to the operating configuration. Included AI requires Bedrock in production and an eu. model profile: no fallback to a direct API is allowed.
Sessions use HttpOnly cookies. Organisation context is set per transaction, with a restricted PostgreSQL role and row-level security policies. Application checks limit confidential project access to their owner and members.
Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypted when used. Clear retains structured information and its provenance without building an archive of raw conversation text.
Model calls are logged, with budget reservations per organisation and bounded request times. Set agent autonomy in your workspace; proposals remain available for review and correction.
You can always check.
Security explanations are part of the product, just like project tracking features.
A few answers.
“Try Clear” starts the setup of your workspace. You have 14 days to try the features without a credit card. The demo also lets you explore an example without connecting your tools.
No. You can organise projects manually, use included AI or connect your own Anthropic or Mistral key. Features and pricing depend on the chosen mode.
Slack, Linear, Jira, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, GitHub and Notion have connectors. Activation depends on your organisation’s permissions. Integrations marked “coming soon” in the app are not yet active. You can also import projects during setup.
The destination depends on the route you choose. Processing through European Amazon Bedrock stays within its EU geography. With your own key, content goes directly to Anthropic or Mistral under your contract. The “AI & data” section explains these differences.
Yes. Clear combines AI, source checks and tracking rules to reduce errors. Uncertain items remain open for review. You can check sources, correct project tracking and accept or reject proposals. These checks do not guarantee error-free results.
Yes. The mobile interface provides dedicated navigation, separate views and project pages adapted to smaller screens. It opens directly in your browser.
