During setup, discover ongoing projects
Connect your tools and choose the period to explore. Clear brings available information together to propose projects, their sources and the people involved. You do not need to organise sources by project beforehand.
Review the proposed projects and correct associations where needed. Available content depends on connectors and the permissions granted.
Then, track new information
New information and modified sources build on projects already identified. Clear processes changes without repeating the whole reconstruction on every run. A new project may also emerge. Updates follow your settings; sensitive or uncertain changes require review.
An update run is triggered every five minutes, even when Clear is closed. This does not guarantee that every item is processed within five minutes: the amount of information, connected tools’ limits and queued work may require several runs.
An overview when you arrive
The calendar places projects in time. The daily briefing gathers decisions, blockers and tasks to address.
Move from the overview to a project record to find milestones, next steps and the people involved.
Add a project, task or reminder
The + button at the top offers all three. For a project, enter a name, an objective and its owning team. Context and dates are optional. This information becomes part of the project record used for tracking.
For a task, enter the action and due date. For a reminder, choose a day and time. Either can be linked to a project. AI enrichment depends on AI being enabled and sources being linked.
Context before a meeting
Before a team review, open the relevant projects. Find progress, pending items and deadlines to clarify. Sources let you check information that deserves a second look.
Project tracking becomes a basis for discussion: the team can focus on decisions and actions to confirm.
Understand a project at two levels
The quick view organises tracking into up to five points: blockers, next steps, confirmed decisions, progress and useful context. Repetition should not obscure an important deadline, condition or decision.
The full note keeps retained facts, milestones, key exchanges and source references. Items awaiting review remain distinct from confirmed decisions. Find the context when needed without reading everything each time.
AI helps interpret, checks guide project tracking
Clear combines AI with rules for connecting, checking and organising information. Information is checked against sources before it feeds project tracking. If its association with a project remains ambiguous, that association needs review.
An intention, hypothesis or pending approval is not a confirmed decision. Proposals retain context so you can check and correct them. These checks reduce errors without guaranteeing that every error is eliminated.
A workspace alongside your tools
Your team continues working in familiar tools. Clear brings tracking information into a shared interface with personal, read-only connections.
You can also use Clear without AI and enter tracking information manually. Modes and processing conditions are explained on the Security and data page.
At your desk and between meetings
On desktop, take a wider view of projects. On mobile, check a project record, find a decision or review your day. The same information remains available at different moments of work.
Try a project you know
The demo lets you explore Clear using example data. For a team trial, review a familiar project among the results to assess how understandable and useful the tracking information is.
You retain control of decisions and corrections. Clear helps prepare that work without promising error-free results.
