CLEAR · Automated reporting

Less collecting. More deciding.

Project reporting helps a team understand progress and identify decisions that need attention. Clear prepares tracking information from connected tools so teams can find the relevant facts.

01

What belongs in a project report?

A useful progress review distinguishes completed work, upcoming deadlines, blockers and pending decisions. It also identifies where information came from so the people involved can check it.

A collection of messages is not enough. Reporting needs to associate facts with the right project and highlight what has changed since the last review.

02

What Clear prepares

Clear brings tracking information into project records: milestones, blockers, decisions and next steps. The daily briefing highlights items needing action. Project and department views offer different levels of detail.

Connectors are read-only. Proposed information depends on configured tools, authorised spaces and available content. A team can also enter tracking information manually in the mode without AI.

03

Essentials first, context within reach

The quick view contains up to five points: blockers, next steps, confirmed decisions, progress and useful context. A long conversation or a detailed issue should not dominate project tracking.

The full note retains selected facts, milestones, key exchanges and sources. Information left out of the short view remains available in this detail: summarising project tracking does not mean erasing its history.

04

A method for the weekly review

Before the meeting, review the relevant projects and check new information. Examine sources when an item is ambiguous. During the meeting, focus on changes, blockers and decisions rather than reading every task again.

After the meeting, check that next steps and deadlines are understood. Clear supports this process; decisions, responsibilities and validation remain with the team.

05

Measure the benefit in your own context

To evaluate automated reporting, compare time spent collecting and checking information before and after adoption. Also check for missing information, incorrect project associations and outdated updates.

Clear does not promise a fixed percentage of time saved for every team. A trial with representative projects helps you assess the results in your own context.

06

Information you can explain

Project reporting should remain open to review and correction. Sources retained in Clear let you trace an item and correct an interpretation. Updates follow autonomy settings and Clear’s checks; sensitive or uncertain items require review.
